Programming Challenge
-
Split into teams of 2.
-
Have one team member write down exact instructions to have their teammate go from one point in the classroom to the one point in another classroom.
-
Be very specific! The only instructions you are allowed to give are: start, go straight, turn left, turn right, stop.
-
Attempt this activity once before asking for help from the teacher. You can do it!
After completing this exercise, successfully getting from point A to point B, discuss with your teammate(s) the importance of giving specific instructions and how this activity relates to Scratch and programming.
